Rainbow’s Leading
Senior Constable Tony Clark with Spirit of Netball winner Tessa Marra.

LAST Saturday Tessa Marra was presented with a Spirit of Netball Award. Tessa plays 17 and Under, B Grade and A Grade for Jeparit Rainbow.

Since joining the club in 2016 she has made a big impression with her athletic style of play.  This year she is the oldest player in the 17 and Under team and has displayed great leadership skills, continually encouraging her younger team mates.

Tessa has also umpired and is always ready to help out around the club. Tessa has represented the Horsham District League this year. As well as her netball Tessa has taken up football this year, playing for the Greater Western Victorian Rebels earlier in the year and is currently playing for the Horsham Saints. This has meant many hours
of travel for Tessa and her parents. Her love of netball and football stands out.
