The young multi discipline allround sports girl Stephanie Glover has been selected to play with the Under 16 Girls Western Victoria Rebels V Line Cup team in Gippsland next week.

The three day carnival next Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will see Stephanie come against her statewide peers. A remarkable achievement when you consider that this is her first year of playing football.

Stephanie debuted in her football career this year with the Horsham Demons, as part of the Deakin University Female Football League competition that had led to her selection with the Western Victoria Rebels V Line Cup team. She won the Priceline Best on Ground in the final game with the Horsham Demons beating Stawell in the Deakin University Girls Youth League.

Not only does Ms Glover excel in football but played this season with the awesome Dimboola 17 and Under team who made it to the preliminary finals. She was selected to play state level Under 16 Basketball with the Horsham Hornets and swims like a fish at the pool.
