Dimboola Cancer Crusaders are preparing for their major fundraiser for the year in the ‘Biggest Morning Tea’.

The Biggest Morning Tea brings the community together for a morning tea that supports the Cancer Council as a part of a national event.

On Thursday May 24 from around 9.30 am the Crusaders will be preparing cuppa’s and cakes to serve the community at Des Lardner Pharmacy and The Dimboola IGA supermarket.  If unable leave work, supporters can still join in by having morning tea delivered to their workplace. Those wishing to do so should contact the pharmacy for a delivery.

The event is supported by local traders, schools and businesses that makes the morning a real success.

Normally the local Crusaders served around 120 plates for a small fee of $5.00 each. This year they hope more will support the event.

A beautiful basket of goodies will also be raffled and drawn on the day with all funds raised going to the Cancer Council of Victoria.
