Emergency services were called out to a vehicle fire on Sunday.

Emergency services were called out to a vehicle fire on Longerenong Road on Sunday afternoon.
Police and three CFA units attended the incident and found a car and surrounding grass burning.
A police spokesperson confirmed, there was a car fire on the Longerenong Road about 3pm on Sunday, October 6 and there was extensive damage to the car.

Police said they were happy to report there were no injuries.
"The fire is not being treated as suspicious," a police spokesperson said.
"Three CFA units responded to the reports of the car fire on Longerenong Road in Longerenong at around 3.21pm October 6, 2024," a CFA spokesperson added.

CFA units responded from Jung, Dooen and Horsham.
"The incident was deemed under control at 3.49pm and safe at 4.04pm."
