HDFNL GF Preview: Hobbs' comeback a fairytale
Noradjuha Quantong's full-forward Judah Hobbs returned to football this year following a four-year absence and has been instrumental in helping the Bombers get to the grand final, kicking 66 goals in his 19 games this season.
He played his entire junior career at the club and has won and lost a grand final in under-14s and under-17s. This season, he is excited to head into a senior grand final.
"I came back because I missed the game, and to make the grand final is no better feeling," Hobbs said.
"You don't get too many chances, so I'll take it as it goes, and it's a great feeling."
Hobbs said that while he is enjoying a great year of football, he can still improve on some things.
"I always sit down and see what I can work on, and as we are winning, it makes it easier," Hobbs said.
"I can't complain about where everything is at. We are in a grand final, and I look forward to contributing to the team."
